Re: child custody

This question has several possible answers based on what the facts are. If you are married, you can file for a dissolution of marriage (or separation) and move for a temporary parenting plan. If you are not married but paternity is established you can file a petition to establish a residential schedule. Facts control what you can do and how you do it. If this is important to you, get an attorney who does family law work.
