Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Child Custody

I am getting divorce and my wife doesn't want to do 50/50 custody. She wants to set up visitations for me. I am worry that by doing so I wont have all the rights she will have. I want to know if I decided to agree with just visitations I'll have the same rights over the kid
