Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
Child Custody
I am getting divorce and my wife doesn't want to do 50/50 custody. She wants to set up visitations for me. I am worry that by doing so I wont have all the rights she will have. I want to know if I decided to agree with just visitations I'll have the same rights over the kid

Re: Child Custody
I am not sure what 50/50 custody is. Is she proposing visitation or is she proposing residential time for you? The amount of residential time does not affect "custody." Are you concerned about decision making? If so the default in WA is joint decision making.
