child custody

My ex-wife has custody of my two children in the state of TX by way of a divorce decree. My children have been living with me in WA for one month now. What rights to custody do I have? My ex-wife and I were married and divorced in TX.

IF the children live in WA with you for 6 months you can move the "custody" issues to WA. The longer that they live with you the stronger your case would be for obtaining a major change in the parenting arrangement.
