Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Child Custody Laws

I currently have physical custody of

my 3 children, and have since 2003.

We live in Washington. My ex now

lives in California, and would like to

take the children for 2.5 months this

summer. I need to know if CA will

recognize the parenting plan that we

have here in WA. Our parenting plan

shows me with physical custody, but

other than that is completely

outdated. It shows my ex living in

Washington, though she hasn't since

2006.

Also, neither of us is marked as

having the kids for summer

vacations. Does that mean that it

defaults to me?

Thank you.
