Re: child custody

There is no legal prohibition on your moving. You may be better off moving before the child is born and filing a petition to establish paternity or a residential schedule in your new home state, because if you move after your child is born the father may be able to force the child to be returned to Washington through a paternity or residential schedule action (although ultimately you would probably prevail in your relocation).
