i was raped at 13 and my babies dad (convicted of rape of a child and child molestation( now wants custody of her are there laws that govern such a case?

Oh, yes, there are laws about this. You need to contact experienced personal injury counsel, who may be in Seattle, and ask for help.

It is entirely possible that they will take your matter on with the possibility of being paid when it is over.

Family law attorneys are prohibited from taking cases where the payment arrangement is contingent on the outcome, but your case is a little different.

There are really good family law attorneys in Vancouver who can help you. Don't hesitate to ask.

Call your county Bar Association and ask for a referral or ask your friends, or better yet, go to the court house and watch a family law motions calendar so you can find a lawyer who can do a good job for you.

Your facts are compelling and persuasive. So long as you are not having problems with drugs or are in jail, chances are you will be fine.

You need a lawyer to do this.
