"Child Custody/Adoption"

"Trying to gain Custody and/or Adoption of my Nephew, which he is in Foster Care. The Parental rights have been terminated by the state. Currently the state has the custody rights. At this point I am getting the run around by CPS/State in Lewis County, Wa.. Also, the court system.

Call me. Don't tell CPS yet you have talked to me. Also look at my website noted below.

Some CPS workers in Lewis County are snakes, some are good.

I would recommend filing an adoption proceeding.

You should also contact Sen. Swecker, who is a good guy in these types of cases. Perhaps his office could look into any problems the CPS is causing.

Also, on my website is a link to the Ombudsman's office. Contact them. They may not get actively involved in your case, but they at least collect data on caseworkers and offices. If your case is good, they may investigate it, though.
