child guardianship

if I let my child go with her grandmother,even though there's a restraining order against myself and my first daughter that she has custudy of, can she take her and keep her,or file for custudy?

If you send your daughter to her grandmother, grandmother can take her and keep her. Theoretically grandmother can't keep your daughter if you want daughter back, but you may have a problem getting your daughter back, because you can't go within a certain distance of grandmother without violating a court order, and grandmother could file a non-parental custody action (she could in theory file for non-parental custody even if your daughter was not with her).
