my 13 year old daughter got in trouble for lying and now wants to spend her summer with her very lenient mother. the courts awarded me every summer with her and every other weekend. can her mother change this now or can my daughter make this decision? my daughter has threatened to hurt herself if she does not get her way.she was 2 when the order was made

Mother could petition to modify the parenting plan, but the burden is on her to take the action (and to prove that the change is appropriate). If she is refusing to allow your daughter to spend the summer with you, that could be contempt. I can't speak to your daughters threats, and you would be a better judge of the credibility of the threats (and possibly the source of the threats). If you think they are credible you should engage a professional to examine your daughter.
