child support arbitration hearing

Ihave to make a pre-hearing statment. what kinds of thing should i include? what is important to get accross to the arbitratior?

A prehearing arbitration statement contains the names, addresses and phone numbers of your witnesses, and a copy of the documents on which you intend to rely.

Index the documents. Make copies for the arbitrator, and for the other party and for yourself IN ADDITION TO the originals.

That's the originals and three copies.

It has to be distributed 14 days ahead of time, and NOT filed with the Court.
