Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Can child support be changed in another state?

My child support was ordered in Washington State 14 years ago and has never been changed. I now live in Delaware, can I get an attorney here and have my ex-husbands child support changed in Washington State without having to go back there to have it done?

You can have your child support changed in either Washington or Delaware. In Washington, you will not have to return here in person to do the necessary paperwork. You wouldhave tostart a whole new case in Delaware. How old are your children? Please call me to discuss your case if you are interested.
