who should i contact if the workplace of sons' father is refusing to garnish wages?

Alternatively, you can contact an attorney. Failure to properly deal with a writ of garnishment can make the employer liable for the unpaid garnishment plus attorney fees and costs incurred.

Division of Child Support

is a part of Washington Department of Social and Health Services. The main offic is located in Olympia, WA, but their are regional offices, across the state. If the business that refuses to make the collection is in AZ, the Washington DCS will work with the AZ DCS to get things moving.
