Child Support
when my divorce was final my ex- wife was living in AZ it was settled in WA. We both now live in WA making it less costly for visitation and she is now seeing the three children two weekends a month. Now she is talking of moving back to AZ. Can I prevent her from leaving the state? Also daycare cost has gone up from $50 a month to $1600 a month how do I get child support re evaluated? divorced on 1-31-05

The law has a plan for that.
As the non residential parent she can move if she wants, and if she cannot follow the parenting plan you can move to modify it.
It would be a better use of resources to do an agreed parenting plan modification, providing for alternating thanksgiving and christmas and extended time in the summer for her to make up for the time she'll lose the rest of the year.
You can do a support mod. after a year based on a substantial change of circumstances (massive increase in day care). You can do a support mod after two years just because of the passage of time.
