Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

child support

I am currently going though a divorce my wife is in Washington so thats where we filed I am an E-5 in the military and I am paying 622.00 a month for 1244.00 a month because my attorney says that extra expenses are mandatory for me to pay is this true and how do i go about reducing it i cant support my family i have now shes getting almost half my pay

You have an attorney- you should follow his advice or get another attorney.

There are a couple of really knowedgeable attorneys in Pierce County who understand military issues. I would be happy to provide you with a referral.
