child support

if i am found to be dissabled and do not qualify for ssi but do get social security dissability can support inforcement go after my back pay check ?

According to the US Supreme Court, they can go after your disability income for student loans. I would infer from that decision that the State can go after support from your disability income.

Contact the Division of Child Support and ask them for a conference board to explain what your resources are and why you need funds to live.

If they cannot or will not help you you can go back to the Court that issued the support order and ask for relief.
