Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
child support
my ex husband owes me over $4000.00 worth of back child support but refuses to pay it and says if he ever gives it to anyone, it wil be my daughter fo her college. Can he legally decide on his own how and when he will repay the back support? He has also, on his own, decided how much he will pay even though the state has determined the amount.Do I have any say so in this matter?

Re: child support
The remedy is to file a motion to show cause why he should not be found in contempt.
