child support
can a jail in michigan experdite a inmate back 2 washington over child support,even though its a misdameaner? cause i plan on paying it when i get out of jail,i need time 2 get a study job so i can pay this

The issue is whether WA is requesting extradition and whether MI will allow it.
The sooner you start making payments the better your relationship with the Division of Child Support is going to be.
You don't have to be here to make payments.
You also are entitled to time with your child (a parenting plan).
