How do I go after my kids father for child support if he keeps changing jobs to avoid my attempts at garnishing his wages?

If your support order has full services of Office of Support Enforcement checked, OSE should help you. If it is not, you can contact OSE to assist you. They can collect against income tax refunds. If you want to pursue reducing the past due child support to a judgment and starting liens and/or execution against property you should contact an attorney.
