What is the legal MAXIMUM I have to pay in child support if I'm unemployed and going to school? (I do receive unemployment benefits).

It is defined by the Washington State Child Support Schedule and depends on the combined net income of the parties and the ratio between them. I can't tell you what the actual number would be without that information. There is a legal minimum of $25.00 per month.
