Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

child support

I am getting married to a man who has child support payments. What I want to know is I am 61 on social security and part time work will this be added to and will I be responsible because of my income to increase his child support?

No. It will (or might be) considered a factor, but only his income will be used in virtually every case.
