child support

I paid support for a period of 10 months. while in court for custudy change and support modification. went back to court for for back support for the 10 months. recived a ruling for an amount. Is the amount I paid during that period credited to the new judgement?

Sorry, your question isn't clear. If you are paying support through the Department, they do a good job tracking it. If you are not, be prepared to show the payments you made. Any amount you paid should be credited to you.
