It is not clear which support office you talked with (MD or WA), but the WA procedure would be to request a modification of your support based on change of circumstances, the details of the procedure are different depending on whether your support was determined by administrative agency or court, but the evidence required is the same, you will need to prepare a Child Support Worksheet, a Financial Declaration, and provide financial source documents (basic documents are: tax returns, periodic earning statements, bank statements).
