Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Child Support during Summer Visitations

I live in Ohio, the ex in Washington. My kids are out there for a month's visitation. I noticed the ex must have suspended July's Child Support without notification, document and its not stated to be able to do so in our Decree. Can he just do that? And what are my legal options? Also, in the 5 yrs since the divorce, no recalculations of amount have been updated, is there anything I can do to increase the Child Support?

Re: Child Support during Summer Visitations

Where the order of support was entered controls which state's law applies in determining how child support is handled. In WA, the rule is that child support does stop during the other parent's residential time, unless the order says so. If the order of support was entered in OH then you should get advice from an attorney licensed in OH.
