They can certainly try. If they knock on your door and you answer it they can ask you to let them in and if you do let them in, then you allowed it.

If you don't let them in they can come back with a warrant and the police.

This is not self-help law. There is a guy in Olympia named Gary Preble. He has a website. You can find him on google or wsba dot org.

He's about as good as it gets when it comes to dealing with CPS.
