Our GrandDaughter wants to move in with us, age 15 because her Mother sleeps all day and treats her badly. We have taken her numerus times to keep them from killing each other. Does she have the right to leave her Mother at 15 in move in with us? Do we need to go to court to finalize this? What rights does she have. She is failing in school because of all the fighting.

You have the right to pursue a third party custody action if neither parent is fit to care for this child.
She has no rights at 15 - she is a minor. The issue is her parent's fitness.
You can download and review third party custody forms from www courts dot wa dot gov under "third party custody".
Yes, you have to go to court about this.
