community property

are gifts between husband and wife considered community property? my husband signed off on the titles to my cars. can they still be considered community property?

Re: community property

Everything that was not owned before the marriage or for which there is an explicit waiver of community property interest is community property. The burden is on the person asserting separate property to prove that something is separate and not community property.
