Can I Be Compensated
I was married he "My Husband" was abused to me and my son (his stepson). When I left I only took what we were wearing. I'm not even sure if my divoriced is final. To scared to find out. What I would like to know if I can sue him for all my things he got or am I s.o.l. Thanks THIS IS VERY BREIF STORY.

Your brief story is too brief. How long ago did this happen? How long were you married? etc.etc. You need to determine your current status. You should see a local attorney. If money is an issue ask if they offer an initial consultation at a reduced rate. I charge $50 for first 1/2 hour to help people sort things out.
