Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I'm concerned for the welbeing of my son with his mother...

I'm afraid to take my 18 month old son back to his mother in San Bernardino,Ca due to neglect, unsanitary living environments, and reckless decion-making on her part that could (if not already) endanger his quality of life. Child Services have been called on her due to her not emptying kitty litter boxes when my son was an infant and now she's not allowed to have cats. She has extreme panic/anxiety attacks for which her license was suspended. We have pictures to show that her home is grossly unsanitary from jan 2000 to current along with bitemarks on my son's back from his brother. Help us, please.

You really should contact an attorney wherever you live. There are issues under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act that need to be resolved. Is there a parenting plan in place for your child in the California Courts...or is there one from the Washington Courts?

Again, you really need to contact an attorney, because you have a very serious issue. Under the UCCJA you may be able to file something in Washington to prevent taking your child back. Under the UCCJA, there has to be a very serious danger of abuse to the child.

My number is in the phone book.
