Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

no contact order

A King Co. has a no contact order between me and my children. Our custody is in Pierce co. She was not going to do anything stating, ''it is subject to Pierce Co. family court...''. Twice I've been to Pierce Co. and I've been told that Pierce Co. cannot do anything about a King Co. order. What can I do now? I need to see my children.

Re: no contact order

It is unclear who the parties to this matter are.

Who requested the no contact order?

What is "subject to Pierce Co. family court..."?

Did you have a hearing on the King County order?

Has your family law case been moved to King County?

You should think out your question and the underlying facts and re-present it.
