no contact orders

If your in foster care and your case worker wants to get a no contact order on you with someone else who is not over 18 but you dont want it can they do that?

This statement is unclear. I am not sure who the petitioner and respondent are in the proposed action. The answer will depend on who the parties are, what their relationship is, and what the basis for the no contact order is. Quality of question affects quality of answer.
