Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I am contemplating divorce form my wife, I have a son 20 years old in college and a daughter 17 years in school, The question i have is: how can force my wife to sale the house? or what other option do I have if I became unemployed.

Typically you would petition for a share of the equity in the house. You probably can't force her to sell it if she can buy your interest out. As to what options you have if you are unemployed, I don't understand what you would want or need.
