Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Contempt of Court Dealing with parenting plans

My question is? Yesturday on May 29, 2009 my ex and i signed paper work for our parenting plan. Well anyways i am to have my boys on Saturdays from 12-6pm and he is to drop them off, well he did not show up for our visit today. He doesn't want my number and doesn't want me to have his. What can i do if anything about him not making it to the visit with my boys not even a phone call. When and in what situations is it considered Contempt. What can i do about him not showing.
