contempt of court family law visitation

I went to court on friday the 29th for no visitation from father. The Judge told the father to be screened and get an attorney. In 6 weeks come back. Will his (fathers) paper work that he filed before friday the 29th still be considered?

It sounds like the Judge just ordered a review hearing in six weeks, if so, yes, any paperwork submitted previously will be considered.
