Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My court papers state Father is to have no contact with my kids beyond the outlined provisions. is this a no contact order?

Possibly. A no contact order is usually issued as a separate document so that there is no confusion. Otherwise, he may simply be in violation of the agreed plan. You should contact the police with the document in question. They will be able to tell you if it is a no contact order and whether he can be charged for its violation.
