Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Court is tommrow and I have no Lawyer!

My Husband served me divorce papers and I have no money for an attorney. I have had three continuances already hopeing I will find help to no avail. I cannot fill out the paper work my self and nothing has been served! I have asked him to settle out of court but he will not! I need to know what to do! What if I refuse to grant the divorce? He has the kids and a restraining order on me! HElp!

Your asking for procedural help, but you do not state what county you are in, when the case was filed, whether (and when you were served) and what the hearing is about that you are appearing for. Without knowing where your case is (county, timeline, procedurally) your procedural problems can't really be addressed. You state that you can't fill out a response, but you don't say why. You say you wanted to settle out of court, but then you say you may refuse to grant the divorce. You can't effectively refuse to give him a divorce, but you can force it to a trial, if you have material issues of fact, but if you have not file a Response he may get a default judgment.
