CR2A Agreement

Can a CR2A Agreement be rescinded once signed by all parties but before being filed with the court?

Unilaterally, no. If BOTH parties mutually agree it isn't right, and should not be entered, then they can both assert the agreement should not be entered.

But the whole point of a CR2A agreement is that its enforceable. Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
