Re: custody issues

Your question is confusing and seems to mix his allegation about your being late for pickup of your son and his refusing to take your other son. It is unclear where one sentence is supposed to end and another to begin. Based on what you have written, I am not sure how serious the allegation re contempt is. Even if you are cited for contempt it is unlikely you will be jailed for civil contempt if I understand the context of this situation.
