Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

custody

I obtained a divorce in MO and I now live in WA and my husband lives in GA with my children. He has joined the military and given custody to his new wife while he is in training and when he deploys. Our seperation agreement states that when one parent is unable to care for the children then they go to the other parent. What do I need to do to insure that when he is not avaiable that my children come to me, and where to I need to file/ find an attorney?

Your husband can not change the terms of a parenting plan or comparable MO document without going to court and giving you notice. You may have to enforce the parenting plan in GA however.
