Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

im not sure!!

Ok so i had my daughter about 8 months ago i feel like cps is working against me and trying to keep her first of all when she was in my belly i lived in skamania county and so i m just wondering if its wrong for clark county to of taken my daughter Can i still get my case transfered to to the county i live in and where she stayed at most before she was born or not? and how would it be different or wouldnt it be? and also theres just been some strange things happening like one day when i had a visit someone had called right before i had got there and said that my visit had been cancelled and that i was in jail and i dont see how anyone could call and say that besides someone from there or somthing because noone knows where and when my visits are and theres been also like some other anonomis call or somthing i heard about and im just not sure what to do i want my daughter back so bad its been so long and im only 19 years old a fist time mom and i dont know all my rights i guess and i live with my dad right now hes disabled and its like i ve been trying so hard to make my appointments and ive been doing uas twice weekly for quite some time now and it just like things seem weird and not wright i need a good lawyer 2 repersent me help

Call your local County's Bar Association and ask for a referral. Alternatively, if your daughter has been found dependent you are entitled to a public defender. If you don't have one go get one right now.

Getting a lawyer is going to take you some effort but it can be done. That is where you should be focussing your energy. Hope this helps, Elizabeth Powell
