Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

What do I do with my daughter when her mother will not meet at the court ordered drop off point. My Lawyer told me never to break the court ordered drop off point and never to drive my daughter all the 9 hrs back to her mother. What do I when the mother does not show up and my daughter needs to get back for school. The mother is partying tonight as it is New years eve and she is a drinker and likes to party.

The idea is to violate contempt. Parenting plans contempt of court orders are based on the standard of "willingly and knowingly" violate the plan. If you have no choice (i.e. you're at the drop off and she ain't, then your probably fine. Sounds like you have an attorney - she/he knows what he/she is talking about, so speak to him/her.

FYI english needs to fix the gender neutral pronoun problem.
