given up my right for my daughter

how do i go about given up my right as a parnet to my daughter, my x-girl friend has married and i want to give all right up to my daughter how do i do that.

If you are serious, you can discuss with your ex whether or not her new husband wants to adopt your daughter. That is the only possible way to do it.

Please consider carefully what message you are sending to your daughter before you do this. You do realize you are going to leave a big ragged (metaphorical) hole in her heart?

I guess you can sense what I think about this. Better to man up and deal with it for her sake.
