Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
My daughters Rights
I'm in a dependency case now and my daughter has been placed with her paternal grandma my grandma is really into church and makes my daughter go they go 2 church 6 days a week. at my last visit with my daughter she told me that she wanted to participate in sports and take piano lessons and a spanish class. But since they go to church 6 days a week her grandma will not allow it. Also her grandma will not allow me to do her homework with her in fear that I will just give her the answers but I won't and i have never given her a reason to think that. Do I have a right to do her homework with her and if I were to pay for it does she have a right or do I have a say in her religious. If she don't want to go to church and would rather take a spanish class or a piano lessons, or play basketball don't she have a right.

Without seeing what the court orders say, it is not possible to know what you can or can't do in the current situation or what you should do to get the situation to change or what you reasonably could expect if you tried to change the situation. The quality of the question affects the quality of the answer.
