Debt caused by temperary use

Durring temperary parenting plan hearing a judge ordered temperary use of a vehicle it has been over 9 months. is there any way to recoup payments made for a vehicle I still do not have in my possession? Vehicle is only in my name and is financed in my name.

You should request to amend the temporary orders. Depending on circumstances you may be able to get that done. You should be aware that Family Law matters are fact dependent, so facts are important in being able to predict a range of possible actions and responses.
