Debt obligation

Seperating from spouse. We bought home without my name on mortgage but I pay half of payment. Im I obligated to continue to pay? No children. I make the biggest salary he can't make payments without me.

This is an unusual circumstance, unless your husband did not disclose his marital status to the mortgage company. There is not enough information for me to feel comfortable answering this question. I'd want to see how this transaction was done and what disclosures and agreements were made with the mortgage company, and for that matter between you and your husband.

You are obligated to pay and it has nothing to do with whose name is on the deed.

Long story short, they'll come after you because WA is a community property state, and it doesn't matter whose name is used.
