dont want to get any deeper
what is wrong w/this picture?
marriage is leading to divorce.
husband wants to get wife car and cars pymts.are going to have to be made. marriage now, is in divorce. they have both stepped on the scale of 'whos responsible'' for what and so forth...who weights more, wife with pymts to car or husband with being ordered to make those pymts to that car for wife? anyone...???

This would be easier to answer if the facts and question were clearer. The more euphemistic you are, the harder it is to figure out what you are trying to say. You know what you want to know, but you need to do the work to effect communication of your question. First, you should state clearly relevant facts, and especially whether the court has issued orders. Next, you should state clearly what you want to know.

If a judge has told you to make payments and you don't you could be jailed for contempt and ordered to make the payments.
Washington is a community property state. Your income is half hers, your assets are half hers, and everything is before the court for a just and equitable distribution.
if you want to really anger a judge, don't do what they say.
