Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
Dental Insurance
I provide my child with full medical and dental insurance. Am I responsible for a percentage of dental bills incurred; even though my parenting plan only states that I am responsible for a percentage of medical bills? It says nothing about dental.

If this was done in Washington, I find it improbable that your Parenting Plan says anything about how bills for anything are to be divided and paid. Your order of support says something about that,you could reasonably expect to have dental included as part of the calculation of healthcare expenses.
