In desperate need of help

Im in the middle of a dependency case and my daughter was placed in the care of the state and was placed with her paternal grandmother a little over a year ago due to my drug problems at the time I have since completed inpatient and im now in outpatient due to graduate in mid december how long will it be before my daugter can be returned home to me also i have completed all of the court ordered services that was asked of me by the judge. how much longer can they keep her i've done everything required of me please help.

You are entitled to counsel if you are a parent in a dependency action. If they have not yet assigned you a lawyer, go to Department of Assigned Counsel and demand (politely) that they give you a lawyer.

If you can afford your own lawyer, call Gary Preble in Olympia. He is as good as it gets for dependencies.
