Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Disappeared (non US citizen) Husband need divorce ASAP

got married march of 2000, to a Saudi Arabia National. he disappeared 2weeks later and i have only heard from him 2 times since then and that was over 3 yrs ago. none of our mutual friends can locate him or have heard from him in the same time. His best friend who would be able to find him has also left the country. I am in a serious relationship and would like to get rid of this baggage. I dont have the money to do the searching and advertising to look for him. I know he is not in the country he has no way back in his visa was expired yrs ago. how can i get and easy way out of this w/o spending too much money and too much hassle.

Go to this site: http://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/. Follow thw information on dissolution without dependent children. I think every courthouse has a facilitator who can help you fill out the forms.

The forms should also address nullification. I would seek nullification of your marriage.
