what is the time limitations for lawsuit. I dated him from 1991 through 2001 and in the interim, he became a multimillionnaire but gave me a disease and gave me no compensation after we broke up, we were never married

Another important question is when you learned of the disease. If has been in the last three years you might have a case, but it is likely you knew about it before 2005.

This is not a family law case. You may want to resubmit under civil litigation for a more complete answer, but the general answer on civil litigation is 3 years from the last act or 6 years on a written contract, unless there was a disability, e.g. under age of 18, etc. Then the statute is generally tolled during the period of disability.
